- When I was a child and we had dinner guests the meal would end with some espresso and one "plaque de chocolat" (chocolate bar) would be opened. It was often a Lindt Lindor bar, dark chocolate or a box of Suchard mixed chocolates... This was my early training in chocolate.
- My favorite chocolate is:
- Grenada Chocolate Company 71% and Askinosie Dark Milk (62%) Fleur de Sel, Patric Chocolates are quickly becoming a new favorite.
