BTW one of the creators/owners of Dagoba gave a great lecture on the origins of choc at the festival too- he has great spirit and humour-really informative and fun and inspiring....I can see why Dagoba is such great choc now, and really trying to help the planet, one cacao farm and tree at a time....
Yay Cary's and Dagoba! are you an Oregonian too? did you go to the festival in Ashland? what did you think? I loved it, really a great time and Im so in love with Cary's "soft crunch" dark choc covered almond toffee- so stoked to find it all the way out here in Tampa FL at Whole Foods!
