I bought a Pralus 100% bar of chocolate at the 2011 New York Chocolate Show. It blows my mind.
My favorite chocolate is:
The darker the better - I like 85-100%, but sometimes go for lighter with nuts or fruit mixed in.

Candy Contents: Name That Ingredient!

Chocolate was first enjoyed as a drink. Mash up some cocoa beans, add water and some other exciting ingredients (sugar, spices, corn) and yum, it’s dessert for kings and queens.
