A little after my 28th birthday I was given a box of chocolates from Swiss friends of my husband. At the time I didn't eat chocolate because I didn't like it and didn't understand the "hype". After I had a piece I couldn't stop eating it. It's been a wonderful love affair ever since and because of this experience it inspired me to become a chocolatier.

I'm still searching but my favorite combonation is Rose Caramel with sea salt.
