- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- Making liquer filled, hand made bon-bons with my Dad as a kid growing up. Around the holidays, as a family, we made these hand painted liquer bon-bons. This was about 30 years ago before anyone knew it was possible to use colored cocoa butter to decorate chocolate moulds.
