screw conveyors / cyclones anyone?

i have 2 screw conveyors with 3ph 220v motors and coversthese were used to transport cocoa nib and shell from a winnower to a chute. they can move a lot of product horizontally or at a slight angle...2 cyclone dust collectors - no motors - use for dust collection from a roaster or winnower etc. They are located in Toronto. if anyone is interested we can talk price.....See More

"i had only one bag and one chance so i would say that they could have used a hotter roast or at least more experimenting.... It would be an interesting ongoing project but as i said they are pricey. Hope you and Kerstin are well  Ciao David"

"Hope to try one of the Hawaii bars some day soon! Were the beans more like the Venezuelan beans or the Bolivian beans in terms of how you roasted them?"

Soma Hawaii Bar

Aloha Hawaii cacao group It was really pricey but we finally made some Hawaiianchocolate. We visited Derek Lanter at Skip's suggestion a while ago and were impressed by the farm at Wailua.  So if you are in Toronto come and grab one.  See More

Hi David:
Thanks for considering our wild beni bean selection. I recommend to roast as slow as possible and not higher than 110 degrees celcious. Send me a bar one day. Cheers, Volker
