two memorable moments:
1. When I finally made a truffle dipped in tempered chocolate that had the glossy, streak-free look of a quality truffle;
2. When I entered a little chocolate shop shop that sold every kind, it seemed, of exotic chocolate bars! It was an unbelievable feeling.
