hey you guys, i was curious when i started following your links for foil resources, and noticed different sizes. (duh- obviously!) but how do you know what size of foil you need? i can't remember the measurements, (i could go check) but i picked up…
hi karen- your labels and jars are also very lovely (for the sauce on the homepage) does glerup help you with that too? your web site is amazing! congrats-
Probably two make the list, first, when i was able to work with Michael Klug at LA Burdick chocolate, and saw his passion and dedication to the art of chocolate, and also when i was in paris, when i first tasted patrick roger's chocolates. a true experience at the shop, and also with every bite, i was literally transported from where i was to wherever that chocolate took me. amazing. one literally stopped me in my tracks :)
My favorite chocolate is:
El Rey Cariaco and (this is the kid in me...) but i also love Chocolove semisweet with raspberries :) yummy!!
Hi Erika, I just looked at all your pics. Looks good! I see a business logo on some of them... the chocolate season... is that your business? I am still working for an insurance company.. as a project manager. I am learning more and more about chocolate. I took an online course in the fall thru eCole. It was pretty good. Very informative. We have been remodeling our kitchen lately, it's almost done now. So I hope I will have more time to play with the chocolate soon! It's sooo cool to see the look on people's faces when they taste something you made that tastes amazingly good! Hope to catch up with you more soon!
Hi Erika! I remember you from the class at Burdick's. That class was so much fun! I learned so much in just 4 days. I would love to go to an advanced class with Michael. Your easter basket looks wonderful!
