I found an antique book hand-written in French and hand-illustrated in color of the recipes of Rumpelmayer Paris. There are many of the original gold labels in the book, and the book itself is black & heavy and bears the original French paper shop where it was purchased. Rumpelmayer is said to have perfected chocolate as we know it today. At the front of the book is written the name, "Charles Graf."
