- The most memorable experience that I have always in my heart and also in my mind is all about pralines, ganache chocolate with dark and milk chocolates. Also the truffles with caramel inside.

The raw materials i am using for my chocolate ganaches is from Valrhona, Felchlin, and Callibaut.
