Most memorable chocolate experience:: 1998, finding Patisserie Malitourne in Paris on a day trip from London, buying one of each in their 'single source cocoa bean chocolate bar' section...tasting them all in a park and having my 10 yr old daughter prefer the 99% cocoa solids one. Splendid child!!

My favorite chocolate is:: Chocolate Society plain truffle, chuao, or Green & Black's 70%(cleans my taste buds)
