I will open my chocolatery next year, my first steps in working chocolate were surprising and funny but now am trying to paint my chocolates with airbrush and I guess this will soon get my best experience so far... PLEASE let me join your site, in Belgium it s very difficult to find people working chocolate and talking about it. I really want to improve my work and I need advices so I can have more memorable chocolate experiences...
