Inspiring Journey to Italy from the North to Sicily, for old & new chocolates & wines

Thank you for being part of my chocolate world. It has been almost four years since Exotic Chocolate Tasting was launched. Many of you have been with me since the beginning appreciating chocolate in a whole new way. Just like you, I have evolved, too. With each experience I've been blessed with new insights that I can't wait to share with you.

This year has brought many changes to Exotic Chocolate Tasting. No longer focused on public events, most of my chocolate and wine pairings…

Spreading the word like a smooth ganache...

It takes time, it's an art, it's strategy. The business of Chocolate.

Whether it's about calling people to encourage them to enter the 'Cool Chocolate' contest or reaching people with postcards, attending Fundraisers and supporting Community efforts, 'Bringing The World of Chocolate to You' with the 4th annual Bucks County Chocolate Show is happening on April 30th in New Hope, PA. So, how does this whole thing work?

It's like chocolate Facebook? I'm not sure I follow.

Right now, the best chocolate I'm familiar with is Lindt. Is there better chocolate that's readily available? Also, for… Continue

The mixing bowl: Rachel Zoe Insler

The first time I bit into a Bespoke truffle, I was instantly smitten. But the first time I met Rachel Zoe Insler, I was wowed. She's got the smarts and talent of a chocolatier trained in London, but the cool down-to-earth vibe of someone who's passionate about the city and can cop to… Continue
