Just registered for the Callebaut Beyond the Basics class in Chicago in November. Never been to Chicago before, it has a lore. Any suggestions for things not to miss? Especially food and/or chocolate related...

One of the best cities to listen to the blues. Kingston Mines or Legends are 2 of my favorite.

Hey Greg,
Chicago is a great "walking around" town. Be sure to wander around Rush and Division Streets, and try a deep pan pizza. Also, if yo like boats, there are marinas on the Lake - great for gawking at some SeaRays and Carter yahts. Have fun. John R.
