Hi Roisin, here is a good one that is non-dairy and non-sugar. I use a good Merlot or Cab, preferably orgainc:
Ingredients:
10 oz 100% Chocolate
4 oz Agave Nectar
7 oz Merlot Wine
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and let cool slightly
Mix the wine, agave nectar together
Mix all ingredients together quickly and pour into a ceramic bowl
Cover and cool in the refrigerator
Roll into about 30 balls, weighed out to .45oz and refrigerate
Stir this mixture well until it cools and comes together otherwise it may separate.
