tempering machines in Canada
Has anyone out there had any luck finding a decent sized tempering machine that is CSA approved?
We are currently in the process of having our Selmi inspected and it looks like it may be challenging.

Thats great to know Im glad to hear it can be done, I know doing it after the fact can difficult sometimes.
Your place looks great, I ll have to check it out next time Im in Van which should be early June.

yes, we did get CSA approval on our Selmi tempering machine and on our cocoatown grindeur but we did have to go through a certifying company and make a few minor alterations to bring it up to Canadian Safety Standards.
