I'm interested in being a vendor at the Oakhurst event, but not sure whether to pursue application for my handmade peanut butter cups inside the tent or outdoor in handmade craft cateogry? I have my health permit and business license and sell in raffia-wrapped window boxes. (I left a msg for you at your city hall email also)...
Even if 'm not a vendor, I'm going...it sounds fantastic, and I have family ties to Oakhurst.

Welcome! I'm very new, just got my business license and health permit Friday here in San Luis Obispo County for my new gourmet peanut butter cup business, website still under construction. But I plan to devote a page to "PAIRINGS" to talk about my vision for community wine-chocolate, coffee-chocolate events/classes such as yours (We're in Wine Country! with no organized representation from the local handmade, organic, fair trade chocolate makers). Our huge annual wine festival that draws tens of thousands has no organized chocolate presence...c'mon! I'll be looking for ideas in Oakhurst....
