our chocolate come from only one origin of cocoa bean fromivory coast.without soy lecithin,only sugar cane,
78% cocoa for dark one
48% ccocoa for milk one!
we make a sugarles variety same composition,but with maltose!
our last confectionery we created, is a typically provençal french confectionnery
never created before: candied olive in honey and provence spices and coated with dark chocolate!
