Hi, I love your picture! I recently started a chocolate blog. You seem very well versed in the world of chocolate. There are so many chocolates and so little time I was wondering if you have and recommendations on where to begin.
Bonjour Madame: I'm here in Guatemala on a Fulbright to write my dissertation on the history of Guatemala's little-known culture, the Garifuna. I haven't had one speck of good chocolate yet, but I know of a place called Danta chocolate about 10 minutes from me. I just have to find the time to get there. If your friends offer tours of chocolate sites, I would so be there!
