do you own a shop or work from home ? what it your story ?
i have studied chocolate & patisserie for 3 years and worked at a lot of factory's i have also ran my own chocolate festival in my home town and i run small classes here and there. at the min i am working in a factory but on the weekend i make chocolate for friends and family at home for fun :)
i will have to give the twist ago !!!! thank you for explaining

Hi Juan. Thanks! I have not done macarons yet, but am looking into learning them. :) My mother has done them, it takes some skill to get it just right. Your chocolates look lovely, by the way! Cheers!
