Few answers: I produce such Swiss Probiotic Chocolate with one of the most famous artisan in Switzerland using a mix of Probiotic supplied by an italian University.They stay alive but in stand by into the chocolate and until they reach the gut, where feeling like at home (they are human origin) they start living again: it's fantastic mainly for your health. No sugar at all, it's bitter chocolate.
And now the bad news: I have not yet distributors in US.
