hi well my story is a simple one i am an Addict !!

no but really it all started about 4 years ago see i am very artistic and i was juat out of school and was working in an office it was doing my head in and i did not know what i wanted to do with my life so i got thinking what can i do with all this creativity and i thought what about food then i thought what about chocolate !!!!

so then i went and studied chocolate manufacturer for 2 years and fell in love with it i then went on and did 1 year and half in patisserie.

in this time i have worked for myself running chocolate demos and selling my own chocolates and i have worked for a few manufacturering shopes around my town. now i still do my own littel bits and peaces but i work full time in a chocolate factory who has lots of stores in australia and malaysia i eat sleep and breath chocolate i dont know what i would do without it . thanks for all your lovely comments you seem like you have a passion for it too !
