I guess I'm going to Belize with Gordon and a few others, staying on a cacao finca. It sounds wonderful. Wonder how they can make some kinds of chocolate in such hot, humid weather? Guess we'll have to just eat it all up because it won't last in the heat. A rough job, but someone has to do it, right?
