Hi Landia, I’m a newbie in the chocolate making business. I run a small popsicle manufacturing concern in Johannesburg (South Africa) and I would love to expand into the chocolate business. I came across the query you posted 2 years ago on the chocolate life website and was amazed because I find myself in a similar predicament as you did at the time. I would like to request for assistance as pertains to training. I have run into a snag as concerns finding someone to train me on the production of a simple type of milk-chocolate covered caramel cube (the dipped variety) that I would like to produce. Is there any chocolatier you could refer me to who has some time to train me on the production of this caramel /chocolate cube (similar to the one on the pic. below). Are you adept at creating this type of snack ?
I would really love to get a pointer in the right direction.
