Hi Andrea,

I'm writing to you from Brisbane, Australia. I'm a member of chocolatelife forum and a passionate of chocolate. I have been learning chocolate making for the last 3 years in my spare time and love to start a business in the near future in Brisbane. I'm coming to Dallas on Friday with work (I'm a flight attendant for Qantas, the Australian airlines) and have a day off on Saturday. I'm staying at the Meridien by the galleria and was wondering if I can make my way to you if I could visit you in your kitchen and see what equipment you use and really to talk to "A real chocolatier" and  get  few advise on how to start a business.
