Hi Mate, chocolate masters could be at resturant show in oct or i think it will be spceiality food fayre in sept,it has a chocolate section!!!
i think making us make all parts there on the day/days will show who can use there skills under pressure and experence,i have heard ritchie and ollie are entering from last time,dont know of any others!!
i would love to go to watch at phoenix,but very short of funds at mo, quiet on cakes,such is life.

the theme looks interesting also like the fact everything has to be made on the day so should add loads more pressure, I will give it a try I think just to see if I have improved on last time but there seems to be some real talented people entering so should be very high standard
yep phoenix here I come working/training hard we have got some good ideas on the table to try and push things, don’t want to give anything away on here, Javier and a guy called chris are the other team members
