Please enjoy El Ceibo chocolate bars in Cocova 18th street in DC. El ceibo is a cooperative of small farmers from Bolivia. The first brand without middleman.

Hi Pamela

Where can I get chocolate with quinoa? It sounds interesting. I would like to try it.

Welcome to The Chocolate Life. I've had some Bolivian chocolate before and really loved it. I've had chocolate with quinoa in it before and liked it. Never had the two together, but it sounds like it could really work.

Do you know Biagio Chocolates in NW? The people who run it are good friends. I did a couple of tastings there while I was in DC launching my book last October. We did a chocolate weekend at The Swann House.
