Hello fellow forum members! It has been ages since I left any message or comment on the forum. Firstly, Happy New Year! I hope a Merry Holiday Season was had by all and you and your families are well and looking forward to a healthy prosperous 2013! I have been busy concentrating on nothing else but my business and my family.  Running the business and all facets of it requires immense time management!  Research takes up a great deal of time. I am not too bad at the research and time management but could use more hours in the day and a few more arms and hands...oh let's be honest clones would be the best solution!  It was interesting reading my last comments to Tom in 2010.  I realize just how far I have come yet I can see that all my planning did not come to fruition as I still have not added a shopping cart to my sight.  I have not been convinced that it is the right path to follow atm. I have worked feverishly at building the business through growing my customer base and innovative product lines whilst maintaining quality and integrity.  I have come to the conclusion now that I can not increase production and production efficiency any further now until I obtain an enrobing solution.  The research for this is enormous.  So, as is the amazing usefulness of forums, I am putting it out there to the chocolate cyber-world wondering if anyone can share their experiences with enrobing machinery  that they have used or are using in a small to medium business capacity.  Further, I am looking for  knowledge or connections that might provide me with some short cuts to finding the right solution for my business. There are many lists on many forums, including Clay's helpful connections, pertaining to chocolate equipment companies world wide, but what experiences have people had with chocolate machinery businesses supplying to Australian chocolate businesses. Any thoughts and ideas would be truly helpful and appreciated!
