Marcolini is a great Chocolatier but according to Forbes Magazine March 14 2005 he also is a Barry Callebaut customer.
I think only Marcolinis chocolate bars are made bean to bar.

His passion about making the best origin chocolates is so infectious.

By using wine as an example he explained why origin is so important for chocolates very well.

Learn a lot again.
