used for tile masonry?? I never thought that was possible.  Thanks a lot!

Ernesto:

An offset spatula can be purchased at most restaurant supply stores and on-line. The broad scraper? Go to Home Depot or Lowe's ... they're the same ones used for tile and masonry work, just a lot, lot cheaper (just make sure to clean them well and dry them between uses).

Wow thanks for that video Clay. Its possible to temper the cacao liquor using the marble table? Where do I get the spatula used?
