The Dark Side of Chocolate was released in April, 2011. It appears to be online in its entirety at Documentary Heaven. I don't know which version, there have been several cuts.
If you want to support the work of the filmmakers, you can order a copy of the DVD for a minimum donation $6 from GreenAmerica.org
