Vegetarian Vegan Smoothies: SunWarrior Chocolate Monkey

Here is my recipe for an awesome smoothie:
SunWarrior Chocolate Monkey:
8 oz water
1 to 2 scoops of Sunwarrior Protein (chocolate flavor)
1 tbsp SunWarrior Activated Barley
1 organic frozen ripe banana
Choice of 1 tbsp of Flax oil, Hemp oil, or Coconut oil
1 tbsp raw cacao powder or cacao nibs
Extra ice for texture & consistency
The following smoothies require a high-speed blender.
