CLTC Pictures of Belize 2008
Thought I'd add a few more pictures - there are more photos with captions on the CLTC website - to fill in some of the storyline of our wonderful trip. Traveling with Clay Gordon as a lecturer and guide brings you to an entirely new level of understanding on just about every aspect of the cacao/chocolate industry. All of the feedback from CLTC attendees has been very positive and many wish to travel with him again to other venues. It is amazing also to meet his contacts in the industry - as they had much to share with us from the viewpoint of their specific cultures.
