- Traveled to Oaxaco in 1999 with many chocolate lovers and historians to visit chocolate plantations and chocolate factories with Chocoflyer. It was a major fact finding event for the "Chocolate: The Exhibit" that has toured various museums across the nation. It was an unforgettable event.
- My favorite chocolate is:
- dark chocolate truffles, preferably the Belgium kind

How are you? I'm glad to hear that you count our chocolate tour to Mexico as one of your most memorable chocolate experiences. I think of you both often and hope that our chocolate paths cross again one day soon.

Welcome to The Chocolate Life. The museum exhibit you're talking about is the one curated by the Field Museum in Chicago? It made it here to NYC - American Museum of Natural History. I am looking forward to more travel in Mexico - Chiapas (Soconusco) and to Tabasco.
