There are several, but I am looking forward to going to the Chocolate Buffet at the Peninsula in Chicago this April. It should be another memorable chocolate experience.

Hello! I apologize for not writing sooner, the chocolate with quinoa is from El Ceibo (elceibo.org). The gentlemen from El Ceibo came for demonstrations around Valentine's Day to the National Museum of the American Indian (where I work). We sold their chocolate almost immediately. I wish we had more to offer but it might be awhile until we receive another shipment.

I am glad to hear that you connected with Gwen so quickly - that's one of the reasons I wanted to stop blogging about chocolate and start building a community of people who are passionate about chocolate.
