Cocoa Supply: Your Trusted Source for Quality Ingredients Ethically Sourced from Sustainable Small Farms.

From its family-owned facility in Duran, Ecuador, Cocoa Supply sources, manufactures, exports, and distributes quality cacao butter, cacao powder, cacao nibs, cacao liquor, cacao beans, cacao pulp, natural vanilla, freeze-dried fruit powders, coffee, and other specialty ingredients for chocolate makers, confectioners, bakers, brewers, ice cream makers, and for use in beverages and beauty products.

Starting as Farmers and Keeping True to Our Roots

“Our family’s cacao story started in the 1800s when Dr. Huerta followed Mr. J to the remote and virgin land that is nowadays known as Catarama, due west of Vinces in Los Rios, Ecuador.

“Today, our house brands of cacao products are made with Arriba Nacional fine aroma cocoa beans, a very high-quality cocoa bean preferred by highly acclaimed international chocolate makers. We also have very specialized beans from various regions, haciendas, pequeñas fincas (small farms) from Ecuador and other Latin American countries.

“Additionally, our products are minimally processed, making sure the natural health benefits of cacao are maintained until it reaches your hands. Our plant in Guayaquil works directly with small farms and coops, ensuring our products are fairly traded and promote sustainability and inclusive businesses with our farmers and their communities.

“Our products are developed for bakeries, chocolate makers, breweries, wholesale and bulk ingredient suppliers, chefs and chocolatiers, and many other industries where our cocoa ingredients add their uniqueness to your products.”

Direct Trade and Your Brand

CocoaSupply facilitates Direct Trade relationships with Ecuadorian cocoa farmers.

You can come to Ecuador and meet, talk, and negotiate with any farmer of your choice; you are not limited to farmers identified by us. We will give you options, but in the end, you may choose which farmer you want to work with, and you can purchase directly from them and create a long-lasting relationship that will make a difference in their communities.

After you have purchased the beans of your choice, we will bring them, under your supervision, to our factory. You may set up a production date and be present, set parameters, and be the chocolate maker in charge with our engineers and production manager. We then manage international logistics, shipping those products (and any unused beans) to you,
