One-shot chocolate depositor
- Compact 1.5 m2 (~15 square feet) footprint.
- 12-20 deposits/minute.
- 2D programmable belt and touch screen interface with Hacos Chococad software. [3D (vertical movement) option, shown in the featured photo above, is not installed on this machine.]
- In one-shot mode, the MINOS 9 can produce Neapolitans, pralines, truffle balls, bars, and chocolate tablets with a filling.
- In TWIN mode, the MINOS 9 can produce double-layered products or ‘pipe’ a soft filling on top of chocolate.
- Linking to a cooling tunnel or cooling tower for molds is possible.

- Requires cold water hookup (municipal supply or recirculating chiller), not included).
- Requires compressed air supply (for the mixing blades in the hoppers), not included.
- While thoroughly cleaned after being taken out of service, the machine was used for cannabis edibles production.
